After School Program for Middle School

For your convenience and the safety of middle school students, Loyola offers an After School Program for those students who are not picked up by 3:15 each day. Our school policy restricts all Middle School students from remaining on campus after 3:15 unless they are attending an after school activity, or accompanied by a parent. If your son participates in an after school activity, he must be picked up promptly, or be enrolled in the After School Program where he will report once the activity has ended.

The after school hours are 3:15 to 5:45 every day school is in session. The cost per semester is $450.00 per child.  All students are required to sign in and sign out before leaving the school grounds. Located on the lower level of Sheridan Hall, the supervised program provides your son the opportunity to engage in various games, outdoor activities, movies and work space for studies.

To enroll your son, please fill out a registration form After Care Registration Form and mail it, along with your payment, to the address below. Loyola will not be responsible for any student on campus after 3:15 who has not completed the registration form. If your son is found on campus without supervision, disciplinary action will be taken.
