Established in 1960, Loyola's varsity lacrosse team competes in the MIAA 'A' Conference and has won 14 league championships, including four titles since 2000—more than any other school in the league. Loyola lacrosse players are scattered all over the NCAA, professional, and world lacrosse landscape. Some notable Dons lacrosse alumni include Tewaaraton winner Steele Stanwick '08, recent UVA national champion Ryan Conrad '15, University of Maryland graduate and NCAA defenseman of the year Matt Dunn '12, along with dozens of other alumni. The 2019 season saw the Dons reach the semifinals in the ultra-competitive MIAA 'A' Conference. Captains Alex Breschi '19 (UNC), Jarrod King '19 (Utah), and Jack Koras ’20 led a very young and talented group of Dons. The 2020 edition of the Dons will return many key pieces who gained much valuable experience in the 2019 season. The Dons are hungry for the 2020 season and are looking forward to competing again in the best high school league in the country!
