Transcript Request Procedures
All colleges and universities require an official transcript as part of the application. Official transcripts must be sent directly from Loyola Blakefield to the school. Almost all schools also require a Secondary School Report, which includes senior year classes, and a counselor recommendation. When you request a transcript to be sent to a college through Naviance's Family Connection, we will send all three items on your behalf. We will also send a School Profile, which provides information about the academic requirements at Loyola Blakefield.
To ensure that all the materials required will be sent in time to meet the application deadlines, you must submit the transcript request no later than the deadlines listed on the right.
Schools with a Rolling Deadline allow students to submit an application at any time. However, students must submit a Transcript Request for the January (or earlier) deadline. Schools with a late deadline that provide Continuous Notification should also be treated like a rolling deadline.
You MUST have your SAT scores sent DIRECTLY from College Board to ALL schools to which you are applying. Colleges will not accept SAT or ACT scores from us.
