Records Request & Common Referral Form Due
Middle School
In order for an applicant’s prior school to release his transcripts and standardized test results, parents must submit to the school Loyola’s Request for Records Form, authorizing their release. This form must be signed by the parent and should be submitted to the applicant’s current school principal or counselor. Records must be received by January 4, 2021. Applicants from an AIMS school may also use the AIMS Common Referral Form.
Upper School
Families with applicants currently attending an Archdiocesan of Baltimore school will have their records automatically sent to Loyola upon registering for the HSPT exam. Applicants who are not currently attending an Archdiocesan of Baltimore school must submit Loyola’s Request for Records Form to their current school, authorizing the release of his transcripts and standardized test results. This form must be signed by the parent and should be submitted to the applicant’s current school principal or counselor. Records must be received by January 4, 2021. Applicants from an AIMS school may also use the AIMS Common Referral Form.
