Don Doggers Concession Stand Management

Sunday, October 24 from 10am-1pm, is the Loyola Open House and the Fathers' Club has volunteered to support this initiative in two ways and needs your help to make this a success.

We are looking for 10 dads to be on campus from 10am-1pm to act as campus ambassadors/greeters to welcome families and their sons as they come onto campus.  This aspect of open house is one that differentiates Loyola from other schools by demonstrating to prospective families the true sense of community the Loyola offers.  It is truly impactful for families to interact with other families on this day and sets Loyola apart.

Every campus tour ends with the families and sons crossing Hargaden Field and a stop at the concession stand for a hot dog, water and popcorn.  We are looking for a team of dads to help prepare and distribute the concession fare.
