Samuel Clark '19 Competing in USA Volleyball High Performance Championships
Samuel Clark '19 is competing in the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this week.
For those unfamiliar with the High Performance (HP) Program, it is the pipeline to the USA Olympic team. Sam was originally selected for HP in 2017 to play at the one of the highest levels and was subsequently honored with an invitation to the Holiday Camp last December, one of only 35 players selected in the nation.
Sam was again selected for HP and is playing as #4 in the Championships in the international division on team USA Youth Continental Red from Tuesday through Saturday this week. You can watch his matches here. Their remaining group stage games are today on Court 4 at 10:30 AM (EDT) and tomorrow on Court 4 at 9:30 AM (EDT).

Sam has also recently committed to Ohio State University. He is the first MIAA student-athlete to be recruited by and committed to a DI school for volleyball.
