Freshman Soccer Serves Homeless Veterans

On Monday, November 12, our freshman soccer team served an Italian Food Extravaganza at The Baltimore Station in downtown Baltimore for homeless veterans. Students broke into four groups: three food preparation groups and one food service group.The food prep groups gathered at three homes over the weekend to make the food, while eight members of the team, accompanied by head coach Joseph LaBella, headed to the Baker Street location to provide dinner service for the homeless vets. We are very proud of our Dons for taking the initiative to serve others, even on their days off from school. View photos from this experience below.
