Highlights from 2019 President's Reception

On Wednesday, September 25, we hosted our annual President’s Reception, which gathers those who support our mission at the leadership level. One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the 2019 Rev. James F. Salmon, S.J. Award to the Julio Family. On hand to accept the award were Lawrence ’80 and Brad ’10. One of Loyola’s most consistent and generous donors, Lawrence has also provided extensive service on our Board of Trustees. The centerpiece of the Julio family’s legacy at Loyola is the Carl T. Julio Endowed Scholarship Fund to which the family recently committed an additional $1.5 million gift.
