INDOOR TRACK & FIELD PLACES FIFTH IN PRIVATE/INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS CHAMPIONSHIP

Loyola Indoor Track & Field traveled to Georgetown Prep in Bethesda on February 4 to compete in the 2017 Private/Independent Schools Championship. The Dons placed 5^th out of 40 teams and were led by medalists Max Barbour (2^nd place, 3200m), Ty Trinh (3^rd place, Triple Jump), Brodie Holmes (3^rd place, 300m Dash), and Andrew Ankeny (3^rd place, Pole Vault. A special congratulations to Ty Trinh for breaking his own school record in the Triple Jump with a jump of 43'2".
