CHAPLAIN (COL.) WILLIAM SEAN LEE SPEAKS WITH CYBER SCIENCE STUDENTS

Chaplain (Col.) William Sean Lee of the Maryland National Guard spoke with our Cyber Science students yesterday in Wheeler Lounge. He brings a very unique perspective to Cyber both as a military officer and as a person of faith. He discussed how character, integrity, and faith will play very important roles in the formation of the next generation of cyber professional with the ethical decisions they will have to make.

Chaplain (Col.) William Sean Lee is the Joint Force Headquarters Chaplain for the Maryland National Guard. Chaplain (Col.) Lee has more than 34 years of commissioned service as an officer in the U.S. Army. He is a board-certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains, has an earned Doctor of Ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College through the National Security Fellows Program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Chaplain Lee is also the former Chaplain for U.S. Cyber Command. He and his wife, Sarah, are the pastors for Calvary Baptist Church in Towson.
