Highlights from Sixth Grade Retreat

The Class of 2024 had a great time during their Sixth Grade Retreat last Friday, Sept. 29, which was hosted on campus by our Office of Campus Ministries. In the morning, the class was split into several groups led by upperclassmen. The groups were tasked with creating posters based on their interpretation of Loyola's Grad-at-Grad goals, which they later presented to their peers.

After the small group time, students attended Mass together in the chapel, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, Campus Minister Brendan O'Kane led the group through some team-building activities outside. To close out the day, the group reflected on the importance of working together to achieve success at Loyola and respecting one another.

Special thanks to Mr. O'Kane for continuing to organize this special day for our Micro Dons and to our middle school faculty and staff and retreat leaders for helping it run so smoothly. View photos from the day below:
