Middle School Holds 11th Annual Michael Destino Memorial Run
On October 31, our middle school hosted the 11th Annual Michael Destino '13 Memorial Run. Michael was a rising seventh grader in 2007 whose life, as well as his father's, was tragically cut short as the result of an automobile accident.
Every year at the end of October, our middle school students run a one-mile race on the field across from Sheridan Hall in memory of their fellow Don. Mrs. Destino gave a short speech and handed out bracelets at the finish line. Many other mothers from the Class of 2013 were in attendance as well to show their support.
