Daniel Porterfield '79 Named Next President & CEO of The Aspen Institute

Congratulations to Daniel Porterfield, PhD '79 on being named the next president and CEO of The Aspen Institute effective June 1, 2018. Established in 1949 and now headquartered in Washington, DC, the nonprofit, nonpartisan Aspen Institute is a leading international educational and policy research center dedicated to "fostering enlightened leadership, the appreciation of timeless ideas and values, and open-minded dialogue on contemporary issues."
