Sports Broadcasting Club Hosts Professional Sports Camera Operator Terry Wallace, P'20

Yesterday afternoon, our Sports Broadcasting Club hosted Mr. Terry Wallace, P '20, who spoke with our Dons about his 20+ year career as a professional sports camera operator. Mr. Wallace has worked as a freelance cameraman for multiple sports networks including MASN, FOX Sports, and the MLB Network. He has covered all major sports throughout his career, but his main concentration has been MLB, NFL, and a variety of college sports. He has worked in stadiums and arenas all across the country as well as the entire Baltimore/Washington market. He has also been a part of several Super Bowl and World Series broadcasts. He used to travel full-time for FOX doing NFL, but in recent years has shifted his workload to mainly Baltimore and DC where he also helps with the hiring of crew members for local broadcasts. We were very grateful to have him on campus yesterday to share his knowledge of the sports broadcasting industry.
