Camden Gilmore '19 & Ty Trinh '20 Headed to Nationals

Loyola Indoor Track & Field attended their final MIAA meet of the season last Friday night where Camden Gilmore '19 qualified for the 2018 New Balance Indoor Nationals (March 7–9) in the 2-mile run. Camden improved his time from last weekend by four seconds and joins Ty Trinh '20 (triple jump) as our New York-bound track athletes. Ty qualified for nationals in December at the Bishop Loughlin Games in New York, where he set a new school record in the triple jump (44’6”).

Also, Patrick Krack '18 ran the fourth best time in school history in the 55-meter dash last Friday. Patrick trails Connor Cunningham '14, Brodie Holmes '18, and his sprint coach John Davenport '09, who has done an excellent job helping out with the program over the past four years.

Best of luck to the entire team as they compete in the MIAA Championships this Friday at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex.
