Black Student Union Hosts African American Alumni on Campus

Yesterday after school, our Black Student Union hosted several prominent African American alumni in the chapel, including Carl Stokes '68, Kelly Medal recipient Erich March '70, Curtis Landon '73, Bernard Justis '80, and Wesley Wood '88. They spoke about their time at Loyola, encouraged students to reach out to the supportive network of African American alumni within the community, and listened to students talk about their own experiences. Thanks to Director of Diversity Bernie Bowers '78 for continuing to organize these events for our Dons.
