Loyola Robotics Holds First Invitational

Loyola Blakefield Robotics hosted more than 30 teams from 13 local schools in Knott Hall on Saturday for our first-ever VEX Robotics Invitational. Although our Dons didn't walk away with any awards, it’s great to see how far this program has come in the few years it's been at Loyola. Many thanks to our Director of Technology Steve Morrill, Director of Plant Operations Ken Benway, Loyola Robotics moderator Jennifer Pearson, club volunteers Bob Rassa '58 and Ray Gamero, and everyone else who helped transform Knott Hall into a robotics arena this weekend.
