Several Dons Attend IFTJ 2021

Several of our students, faculty, and staff attended the annual Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice (IFTJ) Conference in Washington, D.C., from Nov. 6–8. Hosted by the Ignatian Solidarity Network, this is the largest annual Catholic social justice conference in the U.S. Throughout the weekend, they attended workshops, networked with Jesuit schools and organizations from around the country, and heard from prominent social justice activists and advocates including Fr. Bryan Massingale, Fr. Greg Boyle, Fr. James Martin, and Director of U.S. Climate Action Network Keya Chatterjee. To conclude the conference, they attended a Public Witness on the National Mall to advocate for more just immigration and environmental policies. View photo highlights below.
