  Louis Charest

  Mr. Charest earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Villanova University. He has held various roles in international volunteerism, University Ministry, national education-focused non-profit, and the official international humanitarian and development agency of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Catholic Relief Services (CRS). He spent 14 years at CRS serving in University Engagement, Internal Communications and Global Strategy and is Chair of the Board of Directors for Notre Dame Mission Volunteers. At Loyola Blakefield, he leads the Office of Ignatian Mission & Identity and is responsible for advancing the vision and philosophy of St. Ignatius Loyola that anchors our Jesuit education, pedagogy and spiritual formation.

  Brant Hall ’98 earned his bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and later completed a master’s in Sport Management from Lasell College. A proud Loyola Blakefield alumnus and Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, he brings extensive experience in athletics leadership and education. Before returning to Loyola, he served as Assistant Athletics Director and Leadership Academy Director at St. Bonaventure High School in California. At Loyola, he previously held roles as Head Football Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Director of Athletics. In his current role, Mr. Hall leads the Athletics Department, overseeing all athletic operations and advancing mission-driven programs that develop student-athletes in mind, body, and spirit.

  Mr. Maraña completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with an interdisciplinary degree in psychology and philosophy. Upon graduating from Loyola University, Brian began his educational career as a recruiter for The Beijing Center for Chinese Studies. This paved the way for teaching positions in the Philippines. He spent nine years at the Xavier School in Metro Manila and was involved in the implementation of their International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. While in the Philippines, he began studies toward a graduate degree at Ateneo de Manila University (degree conferred in 2017). Brian returned to Maryland in 2015 as a Theology teacher here at Loyola before serving as Assistant Principal for Academics.

  Mr. Marsh earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University, a Jesuit institution in Philadelphia. He brings decades of experience in finance and operations across both nonprofit and private sectors. Prior to joining Loyola Blakefield, he served as Director of Finance and Operations at Mountain Christian Church. He also held senior leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer at CJ Miller, LLC, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the United Way of Central Maryland. In his role at Loyola, Mr. Marsh oversees all finance operations and is an integral member of the Enrollment Management Team.

  Stephen Morrill

  Mr. Morrill earned his bachelor’s degree from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University). He began his career there, spending 11 years in their technology division, including serving as Manager of Network and Enterprise Systems. As Loyola’s Director of Technology, Security, & Campus Operations, Mr. Morrill provides leadership and oversight for the school’s technology, facilities, campus operations, and security. He also directs Loyola’s nationally recognized Cyber Science program, helping position the school as a leader in preparing middle and high school students for future careers in cybersecurity and technology.

  Mr. O’Hara ‘96 holds a B.A. from Towson University and a M.A.T. from Goucher College. Prior to returning to Loyola in 2012, he served as a teacher and administrator at Trinity School. Prior to his time at Trinity, John was an elementary and middle school teacher at Father Charles Hall and St. Pius X School. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the middle school student experience, including academic and co-curricular programming. He also serves as a member of the school’s enrollment management team.

  Robert Robinson

  Mr. Robinson holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Towson University. With more than two decades of experience in marketing and communications at both national and international levels, he brings strategic vision, operational insight, and a deep commitment to mission-driven education. A published author and accomplished professional writer, Mr. Robinson has also served as an adjunct professor at Towson University and Stevenson University.

   

  As Vice President at Loyola Blakefield, Mr. Robinson provides senior leadership across several key areas of the institution, overseeing an award-winning team responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications, including branding, advertising, public relations, publications, website management, and social media strategy. His leadership responsibilities also extend to Human Resources and Enrollment Management, reflecting a collaborative and thoughtful approach to supporting the school’s growth and long-term success.

   

  Working closely with the President and Board of Trustees, Mr. Robinson plays an important role in shaping and advancing the school’s strategic priorities. Through thoughtful leadership and cross-functional collaboration, he helps ensure that communications, enrollment, personnel, and operational initiatives work together to support Loyola’s mission and strengthen the school community.
