Dons Take Part in 2024 Cool Schools Polar Bear Plunge
More than 40 Dons traded their desks for a dip in the chilly Chesapeake on Thursday, February 1, and participated in Plunge Maryland's Cool Schools Polar Bear Plunge at Sandy Point State Park.
Our Dons, accompanied by Mrs. Hart, Mr. Poole, and Mrs. Szczepaniak, were part of a group of thousands of students, and one of more than 130 Maryland schools in attendance for this annual tradition. Our students also raised over $6,000 in support of Special Olympics Maryland within the past two months.
