LOYOLA BASEBALL ADVANCES TO MIAA CHAMPIONSHIP

AJ Holcomb '17 went yard twice to top the three-year defending champions Archbishop Spalding in the winner's bracket on Wednesday, May 17. The Dons move on to the MIAA "A" Conference Championship this Sunday and will face either Calvert Hall or Spalding depending on who wins the loser's bracket tomorrow. This will be the team's first appearance in the championship since the '80s. Loyola hasn't won a baseball championship since 1946 when Harry Truman was president.
