Loyola Blakefield soccer completed one of its most successful years in the programs history in 2023. The Varsity Soccer Team went undefeated as the beat John Carroll 3-1 in the MIAA Championship game and posted a record of 14-0-4. The team finished the year ranked #9 in the country, #1 in the region and state. JV Soccer also won their championship while posting a 12-2-2 record. Our Frosh team had a tremendous year going 10-2-1 and finished as runners up. Our Loyola Soccer program also has an 8th and 7th grade team that feed directly into our High School teams
Coach Geaton Caltabiano: As a collegiate athlete he was a part of the University of Maryland Baltimroe County 2014 Final Four Team where he was team captain and received First Team All-Conference honors. After his collegiate career he spent two years with the Baltimore Blast winning two MASL Championships. Caltabiano's coaching career consists of years spent as head coach of Gerstell Academy and assistant coach at Mt. St. Joseph High School and McDonogh School. He is also currently a member of the Pipeline Soccer Club ECNL Staff.
