Attire 4 Hire is the first formalized program in Baltimore City that provides professional clothing free of charge to economically disadvantaged men who would not otherwise be able to afford it. The mission of this program is to provide these men with an increased sense of confidence and self-worth that comes from being “dressed for success.” Clients can receive a free comprehensive outfit including a suit, tie, belt, socks, shoes, and undergarments for job interviews, graduations, court dates, and other important life events. They also receive clothes for everyday work once hired.

Dress 4 Success aims to offer solutions to break the cycle of poverty as part of a global movement for change, empowering women to obtain safer and better futures. They provide professional attire to secure employment as well as programs to assist clients in preparing for the interview.
