Loyola Offers Scholarship for Sons of Archdiocese of Baltimore Teachers

Loyola Blakefield is pleased to announce that it will now offer scholarships for incoming 9th grade students whose parent or guardian is a full-time teacher employed by an Archdiocese of Baltimore elementary or middle school. The $5,000 scholarship award is applied to each of the student's four years at Loyola, and expressing interest or receiving this scholarship does not preclude a recipient from receiving other need-based financial assistance or merit scholarships from the school.

"This new scholarship opportunity recognizes the tremendous role that teachers play in the lives of our students and reinforces our commitment to providing a more accessible education for all," said President Anthony Day. "As a school community, this is just one more way we can honor and support our fellow educators."
