The Championship Basketball Teams of the 1970s—1972, 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1978—will be honored at this year's event as they celebrate their 50+ year anniversaries. Representing a defining era of excellence in Loyola Blakefield Basketball, these teams set a standard of competitiveness, discipline, and pride that continues to shape the program today. Their recognition serves as a tribute to a remarkable chapter in Loyola athletics history and the legacy these teams left for generations of Dons to follow.

The Loyola Blakefield Athletics Hall of Fame was established to honor the accomplishments of players and coaches who have made a significant contribution and brought recognition and lasting fame to athletics at Blakefield. New members are inducted every two years at our Hall of Fame Banquet held in the spring. Candidates who are alumni of Loyola Blakefield must be graduated at least ten years.
