Loyola Once Again Honored as Top Workplace
We are pleased to announce that we have once again been honored by The Baltimore Sun as one of the region’s Top Workplaces. Loyola was ranked 5th out of 38 midsize organizations who qualified for the award program. This marks the 12th year that we have received this prestigious regional honor and the 10th consecutive year we have been recognized by the Sun. A group of faculty and staff represented Loyola at the annual awards reception on Thursday, December 7th, at the Grand Lodge of Maryland in Hunt Valley. The Baltimore Sun’s Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
"In the current job market, companies continue to focus on recruiting, retaining and motivating employees. It’s more paramount than ever for companies to be intentional about a culture that prioritizes employee appreciation and recognition," Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. “We really need workplaces that inspire employees,” he said. “You have to really acknowledge employees genuinely and consistently.”
