Freshman Lacrosse is composed of 25-30 freshmen each year. The freshman team competes in the MIAA Frosh League, which may include sophomores on some of the teams. The 2016 freshman lacrosse team captured the MIAA Frosh championship, the team's third consecutive championship. Over the years, players from the freshman team have gone on to play competitively at the JV, varsity, and collegiate level. The goal for the freshman team is to promote team lacrosse and have the players buy into team offense and defense concepts, while also working on individual skills throughout the season.
