Mothers' Club

Message from the President

Dear Loyola Mothers and LAMS,

I am excited to have the opportunity to serve as President of the Mothers’ Club for the 2019-2020 school year, and give back to this wonderful and inclusive community that many of us and our sons will have life long memories of. Loyola Blakefield is truly a special place filled with the energy of young men growing spiritually, emotionally, and academically with the support of their dedicated parents who care deeply about the education their sons receive both inside and outside the classroom. As parents, we are blessed to have amazing faculty and staff at Loyola who adhere to the school’s educational philosophy of Cura Personalis: a Latin phrase which translates to “care for the entire person.” They embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of each and every student, while teaching our sons and leading them on the transformational journey to become Men for Others.
I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to our outgoing president, Hope Grenzer P’21, for the exceptional job she has done throughout the past school year. Her energy and dedication to our school community have been nothing short of inspiring. Her tireless efforts and strong leadership have resulted in numerous improvements for the Mothers’ Club. Hope is ardent in her support of Loyola Blakefield, and we are happy and fortunate to have her continue to serve as Ex-Officio during this coming school year. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable!
If you are interested in getting involved with the Mothers’ Club, please feel free to contact me directly. Whether it is helping to coordinate an event or signing up for a committee, there are countless ways to volunteer. Spend as much time as your schedule will allow—your willingness to serve will always be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for this tremendous opportunity to work together with all of you during the upcoming academic year. Most importantly, thank you in advance to the many parents, faculty, and staff who devote their time and talents to the Loyola Blakefield community, thereby enriching the overall experience of our boys.
I wish you and your families a rejuvenating and joyful summer, following such a busy and productive school year. I look forward to an exciting year ahead filled with friendship, love, and laughter at our many fantastic events!

With gratitude and kind regards,
Janice Moore, P ’21, '24, '25
