Kaire Umoja '20 Named Honoree for McCormick Unsung Heroes Award
Congratulations to Kaire Umoja '20 who was selected as an honoree for this year's McCormick Unsung Heroes Award.
The 80th Annual McCormick Unsung Heroes Awards Gala was held virtually last night. Congratulations to our own Kaire Umoja '20 who was selected as an honoree for this year's award.
Each year, McCormick & Co. honors high school senior student-athletes in the Baltimore area with this award. Students are nominated from all sports who display such character traits as good sportsmanship, dedication, integrity, and positive attitude. Each honoree is eligible for the Charles Perry McCormick Scholarship, a $40,000 scholarship to help fund the continuation of their education.
